By downloading, accessing, or using ListenLeaf, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About ListenLeaf

ListenLeaf is an audio-first reading app for imported books and documents. ListenLeaf Legal is an optional add-on intended to help legal professionals review documents, create notes, tag issues, track review activity, and export work product.

Your Content

You are responsible for the books, documents, scans, notes, annotations, and other content you import or create in ListenLeaf. You must have the right to access and use any content you import. ListenLeaf does not grant you rights to copyrighted or third-party materials.

Legal Add-On Disclaimer

ListenLeaf Legal is a productivity tool. It does not provide legal advice, legal research, representation, or authoritative citation validation. Any AI, citation-format, issue-spotting, chronology, or review-assistance feature is assistive only. Attorneys and users remain responsible for verifying all work product, citations, conclusions, filings, deadlines, confidentiality obligations, and professional duties.

AI and Automation

AI or automation features may summarize, classify, search, or suggest structure based on your content. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed. Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional judgment.

Subscriptions

Some features may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment management are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and your App Store account settings. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the App Store.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ListenLeaf to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, compromise confidential information without authorization, reverse engineer the app, interfere with the app’s operation, or misuse cloud, AI, speech, or document-processing services.

Privacy

Your use of ListenLeaf is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

No Warranty

ListenLeaf is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every file, workflow, legal task, or professional requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListenLeaf and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, missed deadlines, professional liability, or loss of confidentiality arising from use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ListenLeaf after changes means you accept the updated terms.
