Helpful Details to Include
- Your device model and iOS version.
- The ListenLeaf app version.
- The file type you were using, such as EPUB, PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, HTML, AZW3, or MOBI.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
- Whether the issue happened in ListenLeaf reading mode, ListenLeaf Legal, CarPlay, Apple Watch, or Siri playback.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To view, cancel, or change a subscription, open the App Store app, tap your Apple ID profile, and choose Subscriptions.
Imported Files
ListenLeaf imports files you select from your device, iCloud Drive, or another document provider. If a file does not import or preserve formatting correctly, please include the file type and whether the issue affects paragraphs, chapters, page anchors, footnotes, images, tables, or OCR text.
Legal Review
ListenLeaf Legal is a productivity tool for reviewing documents, creating notes, tagging issues, and preparing review logs. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace attorney review or verification.
